PENHA Research Papers

Part of PENHA's aim is to extend knowledge about pastoralism in the Horn of Africa. This has been done by PENHA itself, by PENHA in association with other organisations and by PENHA providing a platform (through conferences, meetings, etc.) for researchers and others with a story to tell to present their findings. This website aims to disseminate this work.

Research papers are available in two sections of this website. This one is for research papers alone. The other section publishes the papers from conferences held by PENHA or with PENHA's involvement. In a number of cases, it consists of a very brief summary with the full paper attached. In many other cases, what is provided here is a summary or abstract. In a few cases it consists of the powerpoint presentation which went with the paper as an attachment. In all cases, feel free to email PENHA with any queries or comments and we will do our best to respond appropriately. Click here to email to us.
